Golden Gate Bridge

This was my first trip to Golden Gate Bridge in this trip. In my last trip I have visited GGB (Golden Gate Bridge) for 2-3 times. But this time I had a very different experience of GGB and the San Francisco's fast changing weather.

Generally when we approach to GGB, from one spot before GGB we can see the whole bridge. This time when we reached that point, I tried to search for GGB, to my surprise I could not see it. I was just wondering where the bridge has diappeared. Then we realised that there is a very thick fog near the bridge.

When we were entering GGB, it was like the bridge to another world, something like a bridge going to heavens. And the fog is like clouds between real world and heaven. And it was indeed a out of world experience. Look the photos to believe me.

The sky was so clear while we were entering San Francisco

First view of SF Downtown - high rise buildings

Look who's driving .. oh its me ...

Entry to Golden Gate Bridge, but is there anything ahead of us other than fog ??
Doesn't this look like an entry to another world ???

Ropes going straight in the sky and disappearing as if those are coming right from sky

And now the whole bridge is in floating state

One more view of disappearing rope

Entrance to another world :-))

Towards end of the bridge where road is little bit more clear

And look the surroundings. Everything under the blaket of fog as if the nature is also feeling the chill of the air

A view towards sea from the vista point near GGB

This side looks more clear

And the trip members
(I know I look smart with those Goggles, you need not say that ;-)))

This photo is taken from the Vista point. This point is suppose to give a full view of GGB. Failed to serve its purpose.

GGB in the background. Can't help it if you can not see it.
(But really I look smart ;-))

Again GGB is in the background. But it seems to be camera-shy.

Giving a feeling, how small we are, and how much a man can create

Checking "LOHA" of the bridge.
